You've planned it out, now give us a shout. The Day-Of Wedding Coordination Package is best for the couple who knows what they want and how to put it in motion. Starting six weeks out, we'll be by your side the rest of the way. We'll help tie up any loose ends and take the weight off your shoulders, come wedding day.

Set the date and the rest is off your plate. The Full Service Wedding Planning Package includes help throughout the entire engagement journey. From creating the budget, timeline and event design, as well as venue and vendor  selection, all the way to the rehearsal and wedding day execution, we'll be with you from start to finish.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO MY PACKAGE, SUCH AS a REHEARSAL DINNER OR FAREWELL BRUNCH?

In most cases, the Venue Coordinator is responsible for services the venue provides. Often, this includes food, beverage, set-up, and teardown. Although the Venue Coordinator plays an integral role in the overall success of the event, they are not responsible for setting up décor, directing the ceremony, or serving as the point of contact for all vendors. Often, a Venue Coordinator’s job is complete after the meal has been served and the cake has been cut. On the other hand, a Wedding Coordinator will be with you throughout the complete journey and most importantly, there for you during your entire wedding weekend, from the rehearsal to the sparkler send-off.

my venue has a coordinator. why do i need to hire my own?

No matter whether you’ve hired a Day-Of Coordinator or a Full Service Wedding Planner, you can expect the same level of service and scope of responsibility during the wedding weekend. These responsibilities include directing the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception in accordance to the timeline, supervising vendor set-up while serving as their main point of contact, ensuring correct set-up and placement of décor, and constant communication with the bride and groom, as well as with their bridal party and family. A Full Service Wedding Planner includes additional responsibilities that begin shortly after the engagement. These include budget management, venue and vendor selection, and assistance with the wedding’s overall design.
