October 2, 2020 couldn't have been more perfect for Emmy and Chris' wedding and reception at the Ritz Charles.
The simple and elegant Ritz Charles Chapel served as the backdrop for Emmy and Chris' "I Dos." Just steps away from the Chapel is the Garden Pavilion. This permanent glass structure provides a 360 degree view of beautifully landscaped gardens and housed both the cocktail hour and reception for the couples' wedding guests.
If you haven't guessed it yet, purple is the bride's favorite color. When going over the design for the couple's wedding day, purple was an absolute must for Emmy. That dream was brought to life by incorporating shades of purple into the Maid of Honor' dress, floral arrangements, linens, and ultimately, the wedding cake.
Family is everything for Emmy and Chris and incorporating Chris' two kids, Claire and Grant, into their big day was at the top of their list. To celebrate the blending of a new family, both teens stood beside Emmy and Chris as vows were exchanged and later, they entertained guests during the wedding reception with a joint toast filled with happy tears and lots of laughter.
After the couple enjoyed a surprise slideshow made by one of the wedding guests, Emmy and Chris spent the rest of the night tearing it up on the dance floor. Towards the end of the evening, guests enjoyed hot chocolate and donuts before sending off the bride and groom with LED foam light sticks.
Emmy and Chris, we wish you both a lifetime of happiness and love!
